Not all at once - the drop down arrows with the 'edit watch' ion the message centre is great for keeping track of people whose work I'm not so keen on anymore. But yes, I unwatch people.

Those arrows are a godsend, especially when it comes to groups. I'm a member of so many and I watch most of the groups deviations, but some groups just have a constant stream of deviations and it's hard to keep track of them, so I unwatch their deviations and then browse the gallery when I have time.
