Hello lovelies.

Every year a company called Bonacia hold a competition called 'Poetry Rivals' whereby entrants submit their poetry in any style or form and 100 people (50 under 18s and 50 over 18s) are selected to take part in a Poetry Slam and battle it out for a prize. The under 18s battle for a laptop and the over 18s battle for a publishing contract or an alternative prize of £1000. Only those who take part in the slam are eligible to win. Last year 26 people turned up.

This year I have been picked as a finalist and the slam is on Saturday!


I've never really performed poetry before and I'm terrified as I suffer from an anxiety disorder!

Anyway, wish me luck please. Just hope the venue has disabled access!

As a side note, apologies for the lack of 'Favs From My Favs' news articles over the past month. Dexter has been keeping me busy and I've been ill with the M.E. Normal service should be resumed soon hopefully!

I've just created a new group called #HappinessProject

The idea of this group is for our members to create a numbered list of all the things that make them happy and then to create artwork emcompassing each of those things i.e. if tea makes you happy, you could take a photo of your favouite mug/teapot, draw a picture of it etc. You create a new piece of artwork for each individual thing and then submit the deviations to this group.

The idea is that this project will give you something to remind you that you can be happy, even in dark times and to remind you of all the things you can do to cheer yourself up during sadness.

All mediums are accepted.

Members can keep a list in either their journal or on their page, if they like, and then cross each item off as each piece of art is created.

Please join if it would be something that you'd be interested in and spread the word.

So, because I'm a nosey Mousey, I'd like to know what you got for Christmas. Yes, I know that Christmas isn't about the presents but I still want to know.

I got a new flashgun from ~PyroSikTh's parents (my old one didn't fire most of the time) and I adore it! I also got a purple bracelet from them. ~PyroSikTh's sister got me a Swallow Tatty Devine necklace which I have fallen in love with and ~PyroSikTh got me "The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe" (which has been on my list for so long and was the thing I wanted the most!). We also got some puzzle letters for Dexter which spell out his name, a "My First Christmas" rattle from my friends for him, a "Hand and Foot" keepsake impressions kit, also from ~PyroSikTh's sister and a "behind the ear" thermometer for all of us as a family.

Dexter is now three weeks old and growing into his face.

Sorry for the lack of update but I've been busy settling into motherhood.

Dexter Logan was born on 3rd December at 1:24pm by C-Section  weighing 7.7lbs. Where he was hiding I have no idea! I had a small bump and it was thought that I would have a small baby due to being small myself and because I only put on 12lbs throughout the whole pregnancy but he came out and everyone was surprised!

Hello all.

Haven't been around much due to the M.E and pregnancy and not being too great which has sucked!

Having a planned C-Section on 3rd December (the day after my birthday. Eeek!) and I'm severely anaemic and the tablets weren't working so I've been back and forth to the hospital for iron infusions, which is also taking its toll on the M.E.

Can't wait for little one to be here now!

So, what's new with you?

I came across a post on FB that said that you can now drag and drop images into Google image search to find them (it's a more reliable way than typing key words).

I decided to do this with my images and alot of them have been used on blogs etc. Okay, that does piss me off when people don't credit me but at least they're not making money out of my work.

I recognise other deviants work there too but I'm not sure who the deviants are.

If anyone is going to make money out of my work, it's me, or anyone I give authorisation to. Not some random website on the internet.

I'm in the process of finding out how to report my work etc.

Please spread the word as I think alot of deviant artists have been ripped off and it's disgusting and I can't find out who all the deviants are by myself.

Edit: I've now found 4 more pieces of my work being sold!

I have also found a piece of my Digital Art on a book without my permission. It's available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
Then I have also found someone who has copied my writing and claimed it as their own.

Hey everyone.

I know I said that I wasn't going to do it, but I'm going to change my username from =Annimouse to Annimouse as it's much more "me" now and plus, it's the name of my Photography and is on my watermark.

I've been =Annimouse for 7 years now. The username was created by a random username generator when I couldn't think of a username at the time.

Well, now I can (and thanks to ~PyroSikTh who suggested I change my username to my in real life nickname and Photography name. ).

I'll still keep my same avatar so you know it's me.

Anyway, I came second. I won 100 points which will be great to add to my ongoing donation pool for other deviants.

Anyway, I'm feeling rather rubbish today. M.E is taking its toll, pregnancy is taking its toll, extremely low blood pressure is taking its toll...etc...etc...

Also, in other news, I'm getting two more of my poems published in books. This now brings the total number of poems published in various books to 15.
Unfortunately, I don't get paid for it, but being published is a reward in itself and it's something that I can say I have achieved.

Anyway, yes...back to cheering me up...
